Founder Anuraag, while working in corporate environment, recognized the widespread inefficiencies in compensation management processes across companies worldwide. Outdated manual approaches led to inconsistent results, inefficiency, and talent challenges.
Innovation
Realizing the need for an intelligent and automated solution, the founding team established Evoque Advisory in April 2017. They aimed to provide a cost-effective compensation management software, PayReview, that would enhance HR efficiency, talent strategy, and corporate margins.

This was aimed to help enterprises build fair compensation practices at scale, and with insights instill transparency in the most important yet complex part of their work-life – their salary. PayReview is now being used to the advantage of companies human resources management and values

With a track record at industry giants like CapGemini, Reliance Retail, and GreyOrange, he honed his leadership skills while innovating HR solutions. His expertise spans business strategy, product management, and compensation, including activity-based staffing and predictive analytics. Anuraag’s passion for HR led to the launch of PayReview, revolutionizing compensation, benefits, analytics, and workforce planning. Through his experience and commitment, organizations can unlock intelligence and fairness, shaping the future of HR technology.
Anuraag is also dedicated to social betterment, serving on the governing body of Sarvodaya Ashram, a voluntary organization working for the upliftment of rural children. His expertise in HR-tech and compensation has earned him numerous accolades, and he shares his insights at prestigious international and national forums. Having built and sold PayReview to PeopleStrong, Anuraag serves on the boards of WEF Skills and WorkLine Technologies. As an investor, his portfolio includes companies in diverse sectors such as organic farming, wellness, and packaging marketplaces.
